Quiz Results: When food becomes your comfort

It’s not that you aren’t trying hard enough, or completely doing it wrong. It’s that you haven’t been shown or given the right tools yet to help you manage and clear the reason you’ve been experiencing the desire and need to eat food to feel better.

It’s possible for you to experience freedom from food, and the need to eat to feel better.

Check out my resource below that will help you!

Do you know the number one reason moms don’t get the help they need? Fear.

Fear that they have to let it all out. Fear that it’s not the right person. Fear that they have to go through the process again. Fear that they have to relive the worst day of their lives. Fear that healing means letting go. Fear that feeling better means forgetting.

So much fear.

All moms feel this. And some decide to get the help they need, and some stay stuck where they are because of fear.

Feel the fear and do it anyways.

Do it for your child. Do it for the possibility to be happy again one day.

Do it to feel more like yourself. Do it to find a lightness in the darkness.

Do it for you. Do it for your living children. Do it for your child who cannot live, but you can.

Feel the fear, the anxiousness, the unsureness, and yet, still take that step and get the help you deserve. You truly do.

Here’s what moms who have experienced the work that Megan does in Grieving Moms Haven and 1:1 coaching calls

“It’s given me hope that there is life after loss, especially child loss. I needed to know that it was going to get better, and I could see my progress as the months went on. I have setbacks but that’s part of the grief journey. It’s not linear. It also helped me with the crazy making thoughts we have when we lose a child – our thoughts can create so much suffering for us.”

“The skills in the program are visualizations, breath work, tapping,  feeling work and others.  I am “work in progress”  but  I feel more grounded and I have a solid program that I can fall back on daily basis. Clearing the heavy energy with love to allow in positive energy gives me hope.  I have accepted now that grief will come and I will allow myself to feel my feelings and I now have a tool box I can use depending on what has come up for me.”

“I'm a little further out from the loss of my daughter and have settled into a fairly comfortable state of mind concerning her loss (at least much of the time) but I still have my moments and my bad days.  I'm starting to learn how to release the darkness and welcome the light with Megan, hoping it will help with my pain.  I've had fibromyalgia for over 35 years and had to push myself while caring for a gravely ill daughter (for over 22 years) and raising 3 sons.  I don't know how to take care of myself very well but I'm willing to learn”

“she accomplished with her coaching interpersonal skills and Grieving Moms Haven Program what years of cognitive therapy could not break through… the coaching program of Megan is by far the the “therapy” that most directly focused on what was going on in my body, mind, and soul… forever grateful to Megan and the beautiful grief coach she is…”

“My favorite part of GMH is the monthly coaching calls. You guiding us through our living, evolving and changing  grief experience of child loss with all the coaching wisdom from 1.) how to process our feelings, thoughts and emotions 2.) breath work 3.) grief in your body work 4.) EFT variations 5.) time to talk with other moms and share our grief experiences in this safe and supported time makes everything seem so real, valid, heard and seen…”

“your program is  so needed.  It's unique and you do feel there is hope that you can learn to carry grief along with the joy.  One day at a time.”

“…a place to express grief…explore grief…learn about grief as it relates to child loss….a place to integrate and process grief”

“A place where I can work with and feel my grief and emotions and not feel so alone.”
