Here’s the real reason why you are not sleeping

Your child dying is a huge danger or threat in your life. And it turns everything upside down. It's not that you aren't trying to sleep or you aren't doing even relaxing... but in your unconscious mind, it continues to perceive a threat, and no matter how hard you try to sleep, you won't be able to fall asleep.

Think of a rabbit, if there is a wolf stalking it, do you think its mind will let it sleep? Or will it's mind keep it wide awake so it's not attacked?

This is exactly what's going on in your mind. Your mind is trying to protect you by keeping you awake, and yet it's causing this huge problem of exhaustion and not sleeping night after night.

Here's the beautiful thing. When you clear where mind is perceiving threat, rest comes easily again.
