I was a little anxious since I have never met with Megan, but mostly excited because I know of Megan through Grieving Moms Haven, so I already knew I would be in good hands. I went into the session not knowing anything about RRT and would not have sought it out for myself. I chose to participate because I thought it was a good opportunity for me to work with my grief, anxiety and trauma and because I have great trust in Megan’s guidance….After the session I felt very calm and as if something had shifted in me. I usually feel very overwhelmed if I’m doing something beyond the normal day to day routine, but I felt calm and at ease not only after the session but also looking foreword to the upcoming days.
Megan was so good at explaining and creating images and telling analogies that were very meaningful to me. She was good at ensuring that we had the same intention and sensing were I was at and making me feel safe in the process.

Before the session I was excited because the last Rapid Resolution Therapy session I had with Megan was pretty miraculous at helping significantly reduce the sensations in my womb as a result of trauma. Thank you! Afterwards I felt Calm. Peaceful.

Going into this session, I was tiny bit anxious but really excited at the same time. Afterwards I felt lighter and amazed. Breathing in and out visualization gave me calmness...also after saying "flowers" regarding answering to my sister, etc. I visualized us as laughing ..no apprehension.
