Here’s some things to remember:
-Guilt is not a bad thing- it’s a part of your grief journey. Guilt is usually not a useful emotion, yet so many of us feel it. These meditations are just tools to support you as you walk through this journey.
-You are going through the most intense time in your life. Give yourself space and grace as you process and navigate these feelings
-Processing and feeling emotions is exhausting. Don’t do all of these meditations at once, and know it’s okay to be tired and give yourself rest
