Here’s a few details:
Look for an email from hello@meganhillukka.com with more details! As a reminder, each weekly call is at 7 pm on Thursday evenings. If this doesn’t work for the majority, we can change it together. Otherwise the calls will be recorded and put in a safe space for you to view the replay if you miss a week!.
Each session is unique and curated towards your needs and what you as a group are working through.
Here’s some things to remember:
-you never have to do anything you truly don’t want to do, though Megan might challenge your beliefs or thoughts about yourself and what’s possible
-coaching is a way of supporting you in what you already know about yourself.
-come with an open mind, think of an empty cup, where we are working together and we will fill that cup together.
-I can’t wait for you to get to know other grieving mothers and find support from others who understand.
-the best thing, you are worth it. You are worth the effort. You are worth the time spent. You are worth it friend! I can’t wait to get started with you!
